Join us as a Fraud Data Product Manager to enable prevention and detection of fraud in various customer interactions with products of Barclays. This role will be aligned to the overall Data product, including responsibility for leading the strategy, planning, roadmap, delivery, stakeholder involvement and conveying the business value of the Fraud Data product. The role will involve providing product leadership on data strategy, roadmap and vision for TC13 across business units and geographic regions.
To be successful as Fraud Data Product Manager, you should have:
1. Strong experience in product management, product strategy and execution
2. Strong experience in data architecture, engineering, or analytics.
3. Experience with Scaled Agile methodologies, ideally certifications.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
1. Previous experience in Fraud Detection applications or related business processes and service.
2. Previous exposure to Barclays data management standards and practices such as GDMS.

This role will be based either in Northampton or Radbroke.

Accountabilities
1. Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.
2. Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities.
3. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
4. Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
5. Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
6. Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
7. Creation of operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
8. Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
