Key Requirements:
* Law Degree with a strong academic record.
* A minimum of six months of prior experience as a paralegal or in another legal capacity within a professional working environment.
* Authorisation to work in the UK.
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
* A proactive approach with a commercial mindset and a demonstrable interest in the sports and media industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of key commercial contracts, including sponsorship agreements, media rights distribution contracts, and partnership agreements.
* Conducting legal research and providing support on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters.
* Supporting the legal team in reviewing and managing intellectual property and brand protection matters.
* Assisting in the drafting and maintenance of contract templates and playbooks.
* Managing contract execution and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and business requirements.
* Assisting with due diligence processes and risk assessments relating to new commercial partnerships.
* Liaising with external counsel and internal departments to support legal operations and broader business initiatives.
* Maintaining and updating contract management systems and legal databases.
