Financial Institutions Account Manager
Full-Time | Commercial Department | Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Are you an experienced and driven Account Manager looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a Financial Institutions Account Manager to join our Commercial Department. This role is key in managing and developing relationships with financial institutions, driving growth opportunities, and expanding NoteMachine's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage a portfolio of financial institution accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.
✅ Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including upselling services and expanding ATM deployments.
✅ Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs) to align with business objectives.
✅ Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
✅ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive opportunities.
✅ Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business success.
✅ Advocate for client needs within NoteMachine, ensuring their interests are met effectively.
✅ Prepare and present reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in account management, business development, or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and drive business growth.
