We’re looking for a Project Manager who is ready to:
* Lead and Track Progress – Drive the execution of delivering design packages of work, ensuring alignment with performance baselines.
* Manage Project Documentation – Keep all necessary records up to date and compliant.
* Control Budgets – Stay on top of expenditures and ensure spending aligns with approved plans.
* ⏳ Schedule for Success – Develop and maintain project schedules to keep everything on track.
* Report with Insight – Provide performance updates, including earned value and variance analysis.
* Drive Continuous Improvement – Analyze data and implement strategies to enhance delivery performance.
* ⚠️ Mitigate Risks – Proactively identify and manage risks.
* Support Change Management – Play a key role in adapting to project changes smoothly.
* Manage Dependencies – Oversee project interdependencies, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Supply Chain, Safety, and Regulatory teams to resolve any conflicts.
* Champion Best Practices – Contribute to a culture of excellence in project management.

* Your Impact as a Project Manager You will be responsible for delivering complex and critical design work, which may include FEED design in mechanical, EC&I, and systems engineering.
Your Key Accountabilities:
✅ Deliver assigned design work
Manage cost and schedule performance.
Identify and mitigate risks.
Lead and support assigned project managers.
Ensure effective project setup, governance, and closeout.
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Degree qualified in an engineering discipline.
* Project Management experience in planning, controlling budgets, and driving to schedules within a technical environment.
* Engineering and technical competence, sufficient to enable effective decision-making.
* Understanding of cross-functional roles such as purchasing, commercial, and engineering management.
* Well-organized, with a systematic and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong teamwork and collaboration.
* Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively.
