Job Description Location : Stevenage (Head Office) Hours : Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week, with flexibility required for events) Travel : Frequent travel within the UK and internationally My client is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join their growing Production team. You will lead the technical delivery of events, managing everything from virtual and hybrid events to live shows, installations, and showcases for both B2B and B2C audiences. Your role will involve overseeing projects from the planning phase through to on-site execution, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Take ownership of all technical aspects of projects from initial brief to on-site completion. Collaborate with production teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare detailed technical specifications, budgets, and production schedules. Develop risk assessments and safety documentation, ensuring compliance throughout the event. Manage on-site technical teams and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project design and safety standards. Provide leadership in addressing challenges and making real-time decisions to keep projects on track. Assist with creating technical drawings and equipment lists using tools like Vectorworks (preferred). Travel to event sites as needed, both within the UK and internationally. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in technical project management for events (lighting, audio, video). Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Background in corporate events is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and knowledge of Vectorworks is beneficial. Full UK driving license, own transport, and passport required for travel. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in event management.
