We are seeking a dedicated Customer Access Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and providing first-point resolution for our valued customers and stakeholders. This is an exciting role which will give you a real insight into each and every aspect of Coastline, with each day presenting unique challenges and experiences.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry, with strong problem-solving abilities, the ability to use your own initiative, and the capacity to handle urgent situations effectively. You will have proficient IT skills, including knowledge and experience of a range of Microsoft applications and will be familiar working with digital information, social media and systems. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable handling a high volume of telephone calls.
The hours are on a rolling two-week rota:
30 hours per week
Week 1 – Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Week 2 – Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
