Corporate Finance Manager
Manchester
9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
An opportunity to join our growing Manchester-based Corporate Finance team, working directly with a broad range of clients to assist them in achieving their strategic goals. The successful candidate will develop their experience and skills in Corporate Finance and gain exposure to a varied mix of projects (including Acquisitions, Disposals and Finance Raising).
Reporting to the Corporate Finance Director, you will have responsibility for a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager and an Executive, so it is imperative that you have had managerial responsibility previously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project management of disposal and acquisition projects.
2. Preparation of information memorandum and business plan narrative and content.
3. Utilising research databases to search for acquirers.
4. Preparation of financial models and financial forecasts.
5. Investigating opportunities for acquisitive clients and liaising with them.
6. Developing your own network of potential clients and referrers of work.
7. Utilising research databases for business development and project work.

1. Ability to prioritise your own workload.
2. Flexibility in approach to tasks.
3. Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
4. Ability to use professional judgement where required.
5. Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Good communication skills, both written and oral.
7. Commercial acumen.
8. Good IT skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
9. Tenacity.

1. ACA or ACCA
