As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents enjoy a high standard of service, a welcoming environment, and engaging activities that enhance their well-being. Key Responsibilities: Manage all hospitality services, including catering, housekeeping, and maintenance, ensuring they meet the highest standards. Lead and supervise a team of hospitality staff, providing support and guidance to ensure efficiency and excellent service. Work closely with the care team to deliver personalised services and ensure that residents’ individual needs are met. Help organise and participate in activities and events for residents, contributing to their social and emotional well-being. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Oversee the delivery of quality meals, adhering to dietary requirements, and ensuring residents’ satisfaction. Maintain budgets and resources effectively to deliver services within budget while maintaining quality. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a hospitality management role, ideally in a care or nursing home setting. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on resident satisfaction. A commitment to providing high-quality services and ensuring a safe, clean environment. A passion for engaging with residents and helping to create a lively, enjoyable atmosphere through activities and events.
