Each county has its own dedicated Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC), commissioned to improve the immediate medical response and aftercare offered to victims of sexual assault and rape.
Mountain Healthcare is a specialist business already providing similar services to 20 other SARCs across the UK. For this role, you will work as the Regional Contract Director and will be responsible for SARC Regions and all activities related to the smooth running of the SARC.
About the Role: This role is full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily Monday - Friday 9 am-5 pm, but may require flexibility based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Commissioner/Contract Management
2. Accountable for the successful delivery of the Eastern region contracts, including overall financial performance and commissioner satisfaction.
3. Team leadership and delivery of KPIs.
4. Adherence to agreed quality standards and continuous improvement.
5. Growth of existing contracts and identification of new opportunities.
6. Reporting and budget ownership.
7. Manage stakeholder relationships and act as an ambassador for our service.
8. Ensure the end-to-end patient journey is optimal.
9. Oversee clinical elements of SARC healthcare provision.
10. Accountable for ensuring compliance with quality standards and safeguarding measures.
11. Lead on regional operational groups and engage with local safeguarding boards.
12. Accountable for governance, quality, and health and safety.
13. Manage staff performance and satisfaction.
14. Promote a positive culture within the region.
15. Ensure compliance with training and personal development requirements.
