Key Responsibilities Be a technical administrative expert across multiple lines of business & countries relative to new, renewal, endorsements, and reinsurance processing for both Home Foreign and CHISL. Processes new and renewal business including data entry into system, producing accurate policy documents in multiple languages and lines of business within the different regulatory and compliance requirements for that country within agreed SLAs and quality standards Actively participate and support Home Foreign Underwriters in new business, renewal and mid-term alteration underwriting activities that support underwriting decisions, consistent with business growth and profit. Maintain accurate documentation/ information in account management systems and adhere to documentation standards Professionally respond to external queries from Brokers and works within escalation procedures where they do not have the knowledge to provide immediate answers. Collect and accurately record required compliance and regulatory information as determined for each line of business and country as instructed in the ComPass Fronting Facility Guide and also by International Solutions operational standards. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues in other parts of the organisation, including Head Office, Risk Control, Distribution, Claims, Actuarial, etc. as needed. Monitor and ensure that all policies are correctly issued and processed as per instructed in Compass and within the Underwriting Authority granted within the team and escalating where not. Proactively analyse and raise queries for Underwriting Requests where information provided is not in line with the country requirements for local policy / certificate issuance. Proactively deals with enquiries from Underwriting, Billing & Collections, Re-Insurance, Claims. Works to build relationships with the Underwriters and Underwriting Technicians in the US and Canada across all lines of business. Maintains and processes all underwriting records accurately and efficiently including premium, return premium and reinsurance transactions. Comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements and ensure, at a level appropriate to the position that appropriate measures are in place to ensure this compliance. Work within the Peer Review procedures as determined by their manager. Actively engage and seek out training opportunities to further develop underwriting and multinational expertise. May perform other duties as assigned.
