This school is currently seeking an excellent teacher who is passionate about working with children and young people with special educational needs. Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide Teaching and Learning at a high standard and able to work with pupils with a range of complex needs.
2. Monitor and improve the quality of teaching and learning within the class group leading to improved rates of pupil progress.
3. Provide high quality information to parents and carers keeping them informed about their children’s progress
4. Provide high quality lessons and interventions.
5. Have the ability to analyse pupil progress data in a variety of formats
6. To maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the school. The nature of the working environment entrusts people with confidential information. Any breach of this confidentiality will constitute gross misconduct
Qualifications and Experience:
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
8. Experience teaching within a primary school
9. Passionate belief that all children can achieve and progress
10. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
