Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
Friday: 08:00 - 12:30
1-hour unpaid lunch break Holiday: 28 days annual leave + bank holidays

As a Sales / Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business through proactive phone and face-to-face sales efforts. You’ll be responsible for generating and managing leads, handling customer quotes, and negotiating the best solutions for clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales who thrives in a dynamic, small-team environment. You'll be an integral part of the business, working closely with a dedicated team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Account Management: Take charge of both phone and face-to-face client meetings, offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Lead Generation: Drive new business opportunities by leveraging the company’s website and other sources to generate leads.
Quotes and Negotiations: Manage and prepare client quotes, ensuring accuracy and presenting them professionally.
Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with the Team: Work closely with a small team, ensuring clear communication and supporting one another to achieve sales targets and goals. Requirements:
Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales role is essential, particularly within a business-to-business or customer-facing environment.
Adaptability and Flexibility: Comfortable working in a small team where versatility and a proactive attitude are key to success.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Self-Motivated: Highly driven, able to work independently and stay focused on achieving sales targets.
