About the role We are seeking applications from accomplished, dynamic Senior Project Managers experienced in the management of FEL 2 / 3 projects, FEED and EPC Projects. We welcome interest from candidates who have the following capabilities: Knowledge of all project phases from concept through to operation with the skills to shape project strategy to suit clients' desired outcomes. Ability to lead the planning of project strategies including contracting, risk management, project controls, and project execution activities. Experience in management of multi-discipline project teams, preparation of work plans, coordination and management of project scope, budgets and schedules. Capacity to ensure projects are planned, organized and executed by the corporate processes and tools. Can lead a bid team, execute capture strategy, and lead technical & commercial bid efforts in conjunction with the Tendering & Estimating department. Ensures that project activities adhere to the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) and adhere to the requirements of the HSE management system. Role responsibilities include: Providing leadership for the overall planning, direction, coordination, integration, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, methodology, commitments and goals. Effectively managing and coordinating teams for all phases of a project. Activities include project set-up, planning, execution, management of business and technical execution risks, complexity, manpower requirements, forecasting, contracts and budgets. Demonstrable experience in engineering activities/deliverables relating to design and construction on behalf of client and/or Licensor. Accountable for ensuring full risk management, establishing and monitoring project safety and quality programs, and ensuring close supervision of project personnel. Delivers the project by the approved budget and baseline schedule. Ensures that the contract is correctly administered and maximises opportunities, including negotiation of change orders to the scope of work. Effective management of multiple projects/proposals at any given time, working well under pressure to create a positive and motivated team. Leading as Proposal Manager on tenders, with overall responsibility for the proposal from its inception through development of narratives, manhour and cost estimates and their appropriate approvals through global execution through to final collation and submission to client. Coordinating and facilitating smooth interaction between intercompany departments as appropriate, including business lines, engineering, procurement, construction, cost and project controls. Executing projects following the company’s quality, safety and time-based management objectives. Ensuring that the HSE Design philosophy and HSE policies are properly integrated in project execution plans. Project reporting to the business, clients and stakeholders on project delivery/status. Establishing good working relationships that ensure transparency to the business / senior management through both formal and informal reviews. Ability to demonstrate passion and desire to grow the business and develop new clients within Energy Transition markets. Demonstrate high energy and key attributes to drive teams through project/proposal delivery. Chartered engineer status or equivalent professional association.
