Job Title: Plumber – Slough Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 DOE benefits Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: Are you an experienced plumber with expertise in water hygiene and remedial works? My client, a recognised leader in environmental compliance services, is seeking a skilled plumber to join their dynamic team in Slough. This is a regional role that requires the successful applicant to be within a commutable distance of Slough, where you’ll play a vital part in ensuring water systems are maintained to the highest standards. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a range of essential water hygiene tasks, including: • Removing deadlegs and performing water flushing and disinfection works • Maintaining and servicing water systems in accordance with ACOP L8 & HSG 274 • Carrying out routine service work on both domestic hot and cold water systems About You: The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in Plumbing and have a proven track record in water hygiene. You’ll bring a strong knowledge of ACOP L8 & HSG 274 regulations, although this is not essential, as long as you are committed to learning and development. You will be able to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and take pride in delivering high-quality work while maintaining a professional approach to client relationships.
