2. Technical Support Associate – solving more technical problems using software tools
Both roles are fully office-based and follow a rotating shift pattern :
🕕 06:00–14:00 ¦ 08:00–16:00 ¦ 10:00–18:00 (Monday to Friday only)
You don’t need any previous experience — just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
What Will You Be Doing?
Customer Services Associate – Helping customers use our software (iSAMS):
✔️ Answer questions by phone, email, and live chat
✔️ Log issues and track them in our system
✔️ Fix simple problems or pass more complex ones to the technical team
✔️ Keep things friendly and professional.
Technical Support Associate – Helping fix more technical problems:
✔️ Support more detailed or complex issues from schools
✔️ Use tools like SQL, JavaScript, and web browsers (we’ll teach you!)
✔️ Work closely with the Customer Services team
✔️ Keep records and share what you’ve learned
What Are We Looking For?
We're after people who are:
🔹 Friendly, patient, and good at explaining things
🔹 Happy to work in a team and help others
🔹 Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
🔹 Great at staying calm and solving problems.
It’s a bonus (but not essential) if you:
⭐ Have worked in customer service or admin before
⭐ Know a bit about websites, code, or school systems
⭐ Are familiar with systems like Google Drive or iSAMS
