We are looking to appoint a business graduate to work within a secondary school covering Business and ICT lessons in the absence of the normal class teacher. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons to students at KS3 & KS4.

To be successful you will need to:
1. Have skills in communication, collaboration, listening, adaptability, empathy, and patience.
2. Hold a degree in Business/ICT or equivalent.
3. Strong subject knowledge to be able to deliver lessons with accuracy
4. Possess good teaching ability and strong management of large groups.
5. Think creatively to anticipate and solve problems.
6. Embody the values of ‘Achievement through Caring’.
7. Contribute fully to school life.
8. Have high expectations of yourself and be a role model to others.
9. Be determined to play a pivotal part in the Business Department.
Desirable:
10. Experience in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
11. Previous experience in a similar role.
12. Ability to teach other subjects would be preferable.
