Job Summary: We are seeking a Full Time Chef Manager to join our team at Marks & Spencer, Manchester. The successful candidate will have experience in leading people, pride in their work, and a good understanding of food safety and health and safety regulations.

o Accountable for the Kiosk and team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance
o Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site
o Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
o Preparing fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products
o Accurately labelling products, ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance
o Skilled multitasking
o Early riser, shifts can start at 6am some days
o Learning new skills or improving skills already mastered
