What you’ll do:
We currently have a rare opportunity for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our small team. This is a low volume/high quality role, focusing on managing all business interactions with selected Key/Strategic customers.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Managing all aspects of the customer relationship including daily interactions, customer visits, complaint resolution, etc.
2. Preparing proposals/quotations
3. Co-ordinating joint improvement projects and developing new business opportunities
4. Maintaining knowledge and training others to navigate and manage customer websites
5. Utilizing the customer complaint process for all significant customer concerns and following up for resolution
6. Liaising with planning/supply chain teams to ensure optimum use of material/capacity resources
7. Capturing all customer performance metrics, optimizing customer perception, and developing a support plan to meet expectations
8. Project management
9. Managing customer plant visits
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience working in a customer facing role
2. Experience working in an engineering environment especially highly regulated sectors such as aerospace would be a plus but is not required
