We have an opportunity for a keen and organised Office Coordinator to oversee our busy Online Sales Office dealing with the smooth running of the department, customers and orders from online sales platforms including Ebay, Amazon and our website.
The ideal candidate would have good organisation and communication skills, along with previous office administration experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of the work within the Online Sales Ofiice.
- Overseeing and reviewing our systems for responding to our customers contacts with us regarding orders, queries and returns.
- Assisting with dealing with our goods carriers and service providers, along with administration and record keeping to facilitate the dispatch of our outgoing orders.
- Handing customer telephone calls and messages.
- Tracking and analysing products and performance data.
This would be a full time role, flexible working hours through the week are available. Immediate start possible for a successful applicant.
Experience of online selling and social media would be an advantage, although training will be provided.
