The University of Salfords Human Resources and Organisational Development Team is looking for an Employer brand and Marketing Projects lead to drive and evolve our employer brand and proposition. The role is part time, 22 hours per week.
We have recently made significant investment in developing our Employer Brand and value proposition to support us to attract and retain even more top talent. We are now looking to focus on building brand awareness and developing our internal and external brand so the experience is replicated across the employee lifecycle from recruitment to all aspects of working with us.
