Audio Production Manager – South East London IN2-AV are working on behalf of a well-established full-production company based in South East London that provides audio, lighting, video, staging, rigging, backline, logistical, and personnel services to the events and live music industries. In addition to event production, they operate professional rehearsal and recording studios. With a commitment to quality, they continually invest in industry-leading equipment, maintaining an inventory that includes the latest offerings from Yamaha, DiGiCo, Avid, Allen & Heath, Shure, D&B, L'Acoustics, and more. Their work spans touring, festivals, corporate events, and gospel events, alongside equipment sales and installations. While the majority of their projects take place across the UK, they also operate internationally. My client are looking for a full-time Audio Production Manager to take the lead on all aspects of audio production. This is a hands-on role involving event delivery, warehouse and site-based responsibilities, and attending networking and industry events. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing audio production activities, liaising with clients, overseeing projects, and ensuring seamless collaboration between different departments to deliver high-quality events. A key part of this role will be integrating a new L'Acoustics L2 PA system into their inventory and workflow. Essential Skills and Experience Applicants must have: Extensive experience as an audio engineer within the UK Proven experience working with professional audio equipment The ability to work independently and lead a team Legal right to work in the UK A valid driving license Additionally, candidates should be proficient in the following software: Shure Wireless Workbench L'Acoustics Soundvision L'Acoustics LA Network Manager D&B Arraycalc D&B R1 Audinate Dante Controller Audinate Dante Virtual Soundcard Microsoft Office Desirable Skills and Experience The following qualifications and experience would be an advantage: Recognised industry or educational qualifications L'Acoustics Kara/L2/P1/M1 training courses D&B training courses (basics, system fundamentals, software, etc.) Dante Levels 1, 2, and 3 certification Smaart Live experience Class 2 or 1 driving license IPAF certification PAT Testing (C&G) Experience with Capture software Experience using HireHop Rental Management Software Experience managing social media and websites Package-wise, the base salary is £30k, there are great opportunities to earn significantly more through overtime. The previous person in this role was earning around £45-50k per year over their five-year tenure, reflecting the potential this role offers.
