Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Belfast for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will oversee and manage the maintenance operations within the hotel, ensuring a high level of equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair. Responsibilities include developing maintenance schedules, supervising the maintenance staff, and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The role also involves managing compliance with all safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing maintenance staff
* Proficient in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance techniques
* Experienced in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair tasks
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
* Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Relevant qualifications in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field is a plus
