Change your career, change someone’s life. We are looking for Female Support Workers to join our specialist, residential service at Copperclay Mews in Easingwold. We have a number of female individuals who require female support workers as this may involve supporting with personal and intimate care. You will be joining a team whose focus is to provide support of the highest quality, safeguard and promote the needs of the people we support. You will be supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs with their daily routines, supporting them to live life to their full potential and access experiences and activities. The people we support have different interests such as cycling, swimming, baking, yoga and going to the gym. We are seeking candidates who want to be involved and support these activities. If you have a keen interest in one even better You will have a fixed rota of 4 days on and 2 days off with a combination of 2 morning and 2 afternoon shifts. Shift times are: Earlies: 07:15 - 14:45 Afters: 14:15 - 21:45 If you live outside of Easingwold a driving licence and vehicle would be required as due to the rural location public transport is not available. SWCM About You We are looking for Female Support Workers who have a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing and caring but have a calm demeanor when needed.
