Our client, a leader in the industrial supplies sector, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Advisor to join their vibrant team in Uddingston. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our customers by ensuring they have all the parts, spares, and tooling they need to keep their operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on customer quotations to meet their needs.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience.
Keep track of back orders, ensuring timely and complete deliveries.
Support the operational team in converting spare parts and consolidating customer supply chains.
Provide assistance to the stores team during annual leave coverage.
What We're Looking For:
A team player with a passion for customer service.
Experience in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade counter environments is a plus, but not essential.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
