Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: East Midlands Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing team. This role is essential in managing contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with operatives, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to uphold high standards on every project. Key Responsibilities Oversee the management and implementation of contracts, with a focus on Kitchen and Bathroom, Windows and Doors, and Roofing works. Monitor contract performance to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and adherence to deadlines. Develop and maintain relationships with operatives, contractors, suppliers, and customers. Lead, support, and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful contract delivery. Proactively resolve issues and challenges that arise during the contract lifecycle. Monitor and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies. Foster a collaborative working environment, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Essential Criteria A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing Planned Works projects, including Kitchen and Bathrooms, Windows/Doors, and Roofing contracts. CSCS - Advanced Craft/Supervisor/Manager certification. SMSTS certification. Full UK Driving License. NVQ Level 2/3 or C&G Advanced Craft certificate. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Proven ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong customer relationship management skills. Sound construction knowledge and experience. Health & Safety Management experience and knowledge. Ability to remain compliant with internal processes and procedures. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead others toward successful project outcomes. Desirable Criteria IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) certification.
