Job Description
It’s rare for a contract opportunity to emerge for a CRM Project Manager to join a greenfield, multi-year programme where you’ll get the chance to make the end-to-end journey from pre-technology selection right the way through the full life-cycle. Even rarer that the contract sits outside of IR35 and plays a key role in one of Europe’s most exciting CRM implementations.
Not only is this a fantastic programme of work to be part of, it’s a really exciting and dynamic organisation with a positive culture and a great growth story. Definitely one to have on your CV and definitely one that you’ll be proud to have played a role in. The business has taken the decision to implement a new CRM and is currently at the scoping and technology selection stage. This could not be a more important programme for the business and it is very high-profile.
Think of it… you get to lead a cross-functional team of analysts, process owners, SMEs, functional/technical consultants and testers to specify, build and test all aspects of the solution related to your workstreams.
So who are we looking for?
You’ll have extensive project management experience having delivered key workstreams within a variety of different CRM implementations, with different CRM technologies. multiple £1m+ full lifecycle sales system implementations.
It’s also key that you have experience of different workstreams within a CRM implementation, including Lead to Opportunity, Configure Price Quote CPQ, Sales Enablement (ML & AI) and our ideal is to find someone who’s delivered a solution with international tentacles.
Given the technology has not yet been chosen, it’s key for us to get someone who’s supported implementation of different technology solutions, preferably Microsoft D365, Salesfoce and/or Oracle and for organisations with over 500 users.
You’ll be proactive, personable and an excellent communicator and passionate about delivery. We need someone who has applied practical Agile methods within organisations that are not fully Agile. We also need them to bring structure and governance and the application of project management tools and methodologies.
This role involves matrix management and close collaboration with various stakeholders, guiding business management and users, IT teams and third-party partners. It’s all about getting. the best out of people to support delivery and in return you’ll get treated like a perm member of staff, work with an animated, friendly and motivated group of people and have a great story to tell at the end of it.
If I’ve whet your appetite and you think this is you, I’d love to explain more.
