The Diocese of St Andrews, Dunkeld & Dunblane is seeking to appoint a Bishop’s Secretary and Dean’s PA to providea personal assistant service and administrative support to the Bishop and the Dean.
The role holder should have strong people and communication skills and the ability to deal with confidentialinformation with sensitivity. Accurate diary management is vital as is the ability to prioritise effectively.Flexibility to support the office needs and a proactive attitude will also be key skills.

As Deputy Housekeeper you would work closely as part of the Housekeeping Team to ensure that the guest accommodationand common areas of the properties on Iona, are kept clean and tidy to a high standard at all times. In theabsence of the Housekeeper you would deputise, in many aspects of their role. You would have guest-facinginteraction as, due to the way the Community works, the Housekeeping Team are regularly front and centre ininteractions with our guests.
