Ashville College, Harrogate, is looking to appoint an experienced Teacher of Music to join our Music department. This is a part-time role (12 periods per fortnight) until July 2025.
The successful candidate will need to teach class music lessons to pupils across the college and, where appropriate, contribute to the extra-curricular life of the department. An essential requirement for this role is to teach Key Stages 4 and 5.
A proven ability to teach music and inspire young people as well as a good music degree from a university or conservatoire would be beneficial for this role. The ability to play the piano would also be an advantage.
The salary for this role is on the Ashville teaching pay scale.
