If you have a knack for creating compelling content, can work quickly and have a strategic sales mindset, we’d love to meet you The Team This role will work in-office from our London office This role will report directly into the Director of Sales Enablement (located in the United States) This role will work alongside other specialists and training managers on the sales enablement team (currently sitting in the United States) The team is known for high quality work at a quick pace, along with being extremely pleasant and friendly to work with What you will do: Collaborate with the global sales enablement team and the London sales team to design and create engaging sales materials, including presentations, one-pagers, strategic assets and more. Facilitate quick turnarounds on timely needs for deals and projects. Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales enablement tools and resources to support the London sales team. Support the development and execution of training programs for the London sales team. Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all sales/marketing materials. Conduct research to identify trends and insights that can enhance sales strategies. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations. Assist in organizing and managing sales enablement projects and initiatives. What you will bring: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field. 2 Years of relevant work experience Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), google slides, and/or other design tools. Ability to operate quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines. Basic understanding of sales processes and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
