We are recruiting for several Machine Operators.
Salary:
£12.52 basic, £18.78 overtime per hour on training
£12.92 basic, £19.38 overtime per hour after training
Location:
Leeds, LS10 1DR
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (flexibility required)
06:00 – 15:00 while on training (4-5 weeks), then 15:00-23:00.
Contract:
Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks
Kingdom People are recruiting for several Machine Operators to work at one of our client’s sites in Leeds (LS10 1DR). The customer is a leading salad and sauce manufacturer. The role will involve working in a chilled environment.

The role:
Machine Operators will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):
1. Setting up machines/production lines
2. Operating CCP points
3. Quality control of products
4. Checking product specification
5. Following hygiene guidelines
6. Following site rules and procedures
7. Filling in paperwork if required
8. Reporting issues to team leader
9. Manual handling will be required
Requirements:
1. Be able to work 8 hr shift
2. Previous machine operating experience is required
3. Being able to commute to Leeds, LS10 1DR (public transport available)
4. Basic communication in English (written and spoken)
5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
