Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Computing lessons for KS3, KS4, and KS5 students, covering a wide range of topics including programming, IT, and digital literacy. Develop a curriculum that prepares students for GCSE and A-Level exams while encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving. Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development. Create an inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated and supported to excel in computing. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share resources to improve student outcomes. Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). Proven experience teaching Computing at KS3, KS4, and KS5. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to make complex concepts accessible and engaging.
