Title: Seasonal Part Time Crew Mate (Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate)
Department: Retail
Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Management Trainee)
Overview:
Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and makes service a top priority.
Functions & Responsibilities:
1. Generate Sales:
o Responsible for meeting sales goals and measures
o Develop and maintain relationships with top customers
o Support in-store event sourcing and execution
2. Customer Experience:
o Ensure the store reflects the brand’s vision to our customers
o Lead the store in email capture and educate new associates on best practices
o Maintain the customer wish list and notify customers when products arrive
3. Crew Development:
o Assist with training new associates
o Foster a welcoming and energetic crew and customer environment
o Support store and team-building activities with the management team
4. Operations:
o Maintain efficient merchandise controls
o Be aware of loss prevention at all times
o Help maintain a clean and tidy store environment
5. Merchandising:
o Maintain merchandising as per company standards and brand initiatives
o Contribute to weekly product feedback
