Job Description
You will be expected to assist in the smooth running of the lunchtime service and maintain hygienic conditions in the kitchen and undertake associated kitchenduties e.g.
* Washing up
* Setting up and clearing away equipment and tables
* Cleaning of kitchen, its surrounds and equipment.
* You will be assisting in the preparation of high quality and varied meals for young people.
You will work as part of a team and be able to work in accordance with agreed schedules, comply with Food and Health and Safety Regulations and work to a high standard.
You will be required to undertake training of basic food hygiene and attend training courses relevant to this post.
