Mortgage Administrator Responsibilities; Assist with administrative tasks, such as keeping track of personal and business email accounts and diaries. Manage communications and correspondence on the employer's behalf, including writing letters, emails, and other documents. Maintain and arrange records and documents across several platforms in a compliant manner. Perform research and collect data. Communicate with both new and current customers via phone and email, scheduling appointments, and serving as the initial point of contact for all incoming correspondence to the company. Coordinate with mortgage lenders, insurance providers, and other vendors, handling daily enquiries and information requests, some of which may be complicated. Oversee the client journey from start to finish.
