Executive Assistant Salary - Up to £50,000 (depending on experience) Bonus and Benefits Locations Remote / Hybrid (2 days a month in Knightsbridge / South Kensington locations) Working as part of the team at an Appointed Representative of St. Jamess Place Plc. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and adaptable Executive Assistant to work for the Founder and Advising Principal within a St. Jamess Place Partner Practice, which is based in London. The Executive Assistant will be managing the work generated by the Founder and providing ongoing top-level support, which will include PA duties along with technical administration of the client review process. The Role: Executive Assistant Managing the Partners diary; scheduling meetings with existing clients, prospects, external services providers Managing SJP meeting rooms and external venue bookings as appropriate Email management -responding to emails on the Partner's behalf Being the first point of contact for clients via phone/email Submitting both new and replacement investment business, pension business, EIS and VCT business including applications, illustrations, EBS submissions, advice sets and advice record Producing and sending Ongoing Advice Review Letters to clients Updating client CFRs prior to annual review meetings Maintaining client records within Salesforce Remaining fully updated on SJP internal processes changes, SJP news, and completing required internal SJP exams in a timely manner as required Building and maintaining relationships with PSS of other SJP Practices Organising and occasionally attending early evening client events in the Mayfair / Kensington & Chelsea areas, as required The Person: Executive Assistant The ideal candidate will be well-organised, professional, and comfortable appropriately liaising with HNW clients and third-party suppliers (paraplanners, marketers, conference organisers/media) Previous experience in a PA / EA or Practice Manager role within an SJP Partner Practice is essential SJP Platinum Accredited You will hold CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or have started studying for exams You will have experience of using Salesforce, Voyant and FE Analytics You have exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written An excellent eye for detail and good IT skills Strong problem-solving skills You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision You can manage your time effectively with the ability to multi-task You will have contact with clients, and it is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion St. Jamess Place plc (SJP) is a leading, a highly regarded FTSE 100 Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base.
