What you'll be doing On a daily basis you will be leading the team in the cafe. Duties will include delivering the daily briefing to staff, start of day set up, taking deliveries, recording temperatures, cleaning tables, barista, till operating, dish washing, replenishing stock, completing paper work, organising breaks, end of day cleaning and close down. Bringing a positive, happy attitude is more important than experience as we can train you if you have an appetite to learn and grow. We’ll give you an induction that fits the job, and training in allergens and food safety, plus any mentoring needed to help you in your role.
