Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions and ensuring the smooth transfer of legal ownership.
Main Responsibilities / Duties:
1. Manage the conveyancing process for residential property transactions from start to finish
2. Review and analyse legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and title reports
3. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as purchase agreements, mortgages, and closing statements
4. Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
5. Conduct title searches and resolve any issues or discrepancies
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and procedures
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions
Requirements Qualification & Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (preferred)
2. Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer or similar role
3. In-depth knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes
4. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Proficient in legal software and MS Office Suite
8. Current knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Benefits:

Schedule:
1. 9AM to 5PM (with an hour for lunch), Monday to Friday.
Salary: Negotiable based on Experience and Knowledge.
