We are searching for an Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our finance team in Leeds or Manchester as our business continues to grow. You will be joining us to help enhance our team and bolster our service to the operational business. As Assistant Finance Business Partner, you will report into and support our North region Finance Business Partner, providing support to, and partnering roughly 50% of our UK business which comprises c£90m revenue across our North, Infrastructure and Energy sectors. You will also support the delivery of several key projects including project ledger and standard suite of monthly reporting. As Assistant Finance Business Partner you will have the following responsibilities: Acting as trusted adviser to senior management and their teams, building strong partnerships, including time on site / in office. Challenging and holding the business to account. Providing real time analysis and delivering insight that links financial reporting to business performance, being a radar across the business to identify and attend to issues as they arise. Using data analytics to enable effective debate and robust decision making. Supporting regions to deliver change, ensuring operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered. Owning accounting approaches and standards - the business do not decide. Commercial bid support. Audit support.
