Main duties of the job About the Role As part of the Corporate ServicesEstates and Facilities team delivering services across both the Isle of Wight NHS Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust, you will: Manage residential accommodation to ensure maximum efficiency, availability, and accessibility. Provide advice and guidance to prospective and existing tenants on a variety of accommodation issues. Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, Facilities Management, and Security, to ensure smooth operations. Oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution with minimal disruption to tenants. Manage accommodation finances, including rent collection, invoicing, and purchasing. Lead by example with on-site visibility and leadership, fostering a supportive and effective working environment.
