As Executive Assistant, my core purpose is to:
Facilitate a strategic environment that empowers my leadership team to thrive. I am a strategic partner within our pub company and I contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests by managing executive priorities and aligning administrative functions to our commitment to excellent partnership.

Key accountabilities:
• Provide full and comprehensive administration support for members of the Executive team
• Complex, proactive and extensive diary management for multiple stakeholders
• Hotel and venue reservations and travel arrangements
• Developing presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence and email documents
• Produce reports, including collation and distribution of Exec papers
• Planning and organisation of meetings and events
• Attendance of meetings and minute taking
• Involvement in ad-hoc key projects
• To work as an essential and trusted member of a united EA team, empowering others by providing reliable support and stepping in seamlessly as and when needed
• To maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism at all times
Technical Skills:
• Time management skills – the ability to plan and prioritise workload and work on own initiative
• Excellent administrative skills – with the ability to organise and work to tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail, be right first time and highly efficient
• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Sound decision making skills
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Flexibility and resilience
• An excellent command of the English Language/grammar
• Experience of meeting attendance/minute taking would be beneficial as would experience in planning and co-ordination of meetings/conferences
• The ability to effectively manage internal/external customer’s expectations
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
