We are looking for a results-driven and motivated individual to deliver premium level of services to Selling Partners in order to drive growth and customer satisfaction by managing relationships and developing strategies.
In this role, you will be a consultant building and executing joint action plans with your Selling Partners, delivering core input insights with relentlessly high operational standards.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess client management skills with the keen ability to work backwards with sellers to identify and prioritize the right inputs and outputs to deliver value and growth. They will be able to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced work environment. They should demonstrate ownership and the ability to embrace and navigate ambiguity and complexity.

Key Job Responsibilities
Paid Services Account Managers are responsible for driving seller business growth by providing customized insights and recommendations, educating regarding relevant tools, products, and services, and delivering a positive experience with our program. Their key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Business Analysis and Planning:
o Identify, action and/or provide advice on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end customer experience.
o Analyze data and trends to identify, action and/or influence long term to maximize potential for your assigned portfolio of sellers.
o Proactively seek out new opportunities for customers and sellers. Create tailored solutions and recommendations.
o Design seller growth action plans, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and your sellers finding joint areas of opportunity to drive customer success with Amazon.
o Possess the ability to manage and deliver against challenging account goals.
o Implement and track metrics to record the success and quality of your portfolio of sellers.
2. Seller Relationship Management:
o Build effective working relationships with your sellers; be a trusted advisor and a business advocate.
o Deliver timely, accurate and professional operational support to all sellers in your portfolio within a specified SLA.
o Drive optimal Program and Account Manager satisfaction.
o Liaise with other partner teams and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve seller issues and questions quickly with high quality.
o Educate sellers on how to drive incremental growth on Amazon through frequent education on tools, policies, products and programs.
3. Program Leadership and Process Excellence:
o Become a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of large Sellers in an ever-changing business environment.
o Aggregate themes and data to advocate to function as Voice of the Seller with owning teams.
o Own project status communication.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Management Consulting and/or client-facing roles.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Track record of delivering results exceeding sales objectives.
* Strategic thinking and analytical skills to solve problems.
* Ability to digest and manipulate large data sets.
* Proven track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in E-Commerce, and/or B2B2C Platform-based businesses, Consulting.
* Effective written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills.
* Strategy development with multi-phase execution and delivery.
* Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
