The Role They are now seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will involve the execution of approved marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, deliver high-quality communications with clients, generate leads and drive sales. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and attention to detail to effectively promote our products/services. Key Accountabilities Execute a pre-approved schedule of client communications, as well as ad hoc mailings via the DotDigital mailing tool. Take responsibility for the firms social media presence, which includes posting regular organic content, monitoring accounts and engaging with followers. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns. Create and edit graphics and undertake basic video editing. Update website pages via the CMS (Wordpress). Work with the Head of Marketing to produce high-quality marketing materials. This will involve collaboration with designers, writers, videographers and other team members. Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Maintain and update customer databases. Assist in the preparation of marketing presentations and reports. The Candidate Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X, DotDigital, Wordpress, Google Analytics). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva). Recognised qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not essential) The Terms The role is offered on a part-time basis seeking 15-20 hrs/wk. Working pattern can be discussed at interview. A salary of circa £30 fte is on offer depending on experience. The role is based at their Head office in Bracknell with some home working. There is parking provided. Holiday allowance is 25 days plus 1 day (pro-rata) for each year of service up to 30 days. Employees also receive a day off on their birthday.
