Aufgaben
1. Resolve internal and external financial enquiries, referring those that you are unable to resolve to the correctrecipient.
2. Provide high quality customer service in allcommunications with internal and external clients.
3. Maintain accurate paper and computer-basedrecords.
4. Maintain established paper and computer-basedfiling systems.
5. Conduct financial duties, for example,processing invoices or tracking costs.
6. Work in accordance with established processesand provide feedback on their effectiveness.
Qualifikationen
7. Successful experience of working in a general financial administration support role.
8. Demonstrable knowledge of operating office equipment and IT, e.g. telephone, computer with standard software, fax, copier, printers etc., to access, input and verify information.
9. Literate and numerate with proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other office applications.
10. GCSE’s maths and English (C) or equivalent.
