Ideal Profile:
* Strong experience in administrative roles within a sales environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all aspects of data and order processing
* Effective communicator with the ability to interact with both internal teams and external partners
Responsibilities:
* Support the Head of Sales, Key Account Managers, and Sales Coordinators with daily account management
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, both manually and via EDI
* Maintain precise records for account setups, including forecasting, cost pricing, and stock commitments
* Generate and update weekly stock sheets and detailed stock information, ensuring data accuracy
* Assist in preparing sample orders and manage the submission of stock information to customers
* Respond promptly to all sales-related inquiries and maintain up-to-date information on the company website
* Engage in additional tasks such as showroom updates, attending merchandise and PR meetings, and participating in team training
