Business Development Manager required for an electrical wholesaler in the Ibstock area.
This busy branch is recruiting for someone with an electrical wholesale background to join their team.
The Role
1. To contribute to the success of the branch and promote the company's name by providing excellent levels of customer service.
2. Maximise sales by providing high levels of customer service in all areas including answering phones promptly, handling queries and orders efficiently and accurately.
3. Serve on the trade counter providing a quick and accurate response to customer's needs.
4. To increase the turnover and profit of the branch through the development of both existing and new business.
5. Calling on regular spending accounts, re-contacting and activating dormant accounts and cold calling potential new customers.
6. Client visits to potentially new and existing businesses.
7. Building strong relationships with customers.
8. Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
9. Providing excellent customer service at all times.
The Person
* Enthusiastic, good communicator, honest with good common sense.
* Electrical wholesale experience essential.
