A vacancy has arisen for a Lead Generation Account Handler based at our Footman James office at the Waterfront Business Park, close to Merry Hill. The successful applicant will actively and enthusiastically contact new and potential clients, to further promote our Insurance offering to their business or client and to ensure that the correct department can provide a quotation for that client. Training of Insurance products will be provided however the applicant should have sales experience, a great can do attitude, be proactive and be able to positively engage with prospective clients. Principle objectives and responsibilities include:
* Input details of telephone calls into diary systems, always asking for advice when needed.
* Book appointments for Development and Account Executives and handlers with prospects, leads and existing clients ensuring that they are fully qualified leads.
* Co-ordinate Development and Account Executives/handlers diaries to ensure optimum use of time and bookings.
* Coordinate the allocation of leads and ensure they are contacted in good time and actively followed up
* Ensure that company procedures and systems are followed and reviewed.
* Achieve targets, and produce accurate and complete management information.
* Manage the lead/pipeline databases and pro-actively chase others to maximise conversion
* Generate new prospects and leads for new business enquiries via the telephone, email and face to face
* Manage mail shots and lead generation projects providing accurate and timely MI
* Ensure any pipelines and client management systems are kept up to date and have the required MI readily available.
* Liaise with other departments to attend to customers' needs.
* Linking to the correct product to match the clients' demands, needs and expectations.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Provide admin support to the sales team with processing quotes and new business
* Communicate effectively with other departments.
