The Digital Robotic Centre of Excellence Service Manager is a pivotal role that enables smooth, efficient and effective management of the service. The role focusses on enhancing Digital Robotic Automation Centre of Excellence's operational efficiency, involves designing and implementing bespoke reporting solutions, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic conclusions, and presenting clear and concise communications across the DEFRA Group. The role is critical to the efficient running of our operation acting as the right-hand person for the Operations and Delivery Manager post. The role also involves filling in for the Operations and Delivery Manager post when required.
