The Role As an L1 IT Engineer, you will be based at a key technology hub, providing frontline support for incidents, non-standard requests, and hands-on assistance to end users. This is a great opportunity to gain enterprise-level experience within a high-demand retail and logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and resolve incidents, escalating where necessary in line with SLAs. Handle non-standard IT service requests and assist with system installations. Deliver excellent customer service in an end-user-facing role. Work collaboratively with wider IT teams to enhance support services. What We're Looking For Prior experience in IT support, preferably in retail, logistics, or enterprise environments. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Good knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking. Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting. Immediate availability and willingness to be fully on-site in Tolworth.
