Office Administrator
Full-time Temporary
ASAP- Initially for 2 months but it does have the potential to go on and become Permanent for the right candidate.
Working hours: 9am-5pm (Monday-Thursday), 9am-4.30pm (Friday)
My client is looking for an Office Administrator to work a Legal company based in Barrow-in-Furness. The successful candidate should have previous experience in office work or a front of house environment, ideally in a law firm, but this is not essential.
Your duties will include:
• Meeting and greeting clients as you will be the first point of contact with the Firm
• Answer incoming telephone calls and re-direct in a timely manner to the relevant person; take accurate, clear telephone messages when required
• General administrative tasks including typing, filing, photocopying, processing e-mails and organising paperwork
• Organise outgoing post efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining client confidentiality at all times
