My client is building out their legal recruitment team in Brighton. They’ve already got a solid team of legal recruiters who know the market inside out. Now, they need more of them. Maybe that’s you.
Here’s the deal:
* You’ll spend your days talking to lawyers—some looking for a move, others looking to hire
* You’ll build relationships with law firms, figure out who’s hiring, and make the right introductions
* You’ll act as a middleman (or woman) between top legal talent and the firms that need them
* You’ll manage interviews, offers, and everything in between
* You’ll network like it’s your second nature—whether that’s at events, over coffee, or on video calls
What’s in it for you?
* A strong base salary + a commission structure that can take you to six figures

What do you need?
